Our Reservation Policy
Boca’s requires proof of vaccinations for all dogs on the first day you intend to use our sevices. We need a printout from your veterinarian clearly showing the expiration dates for Rabies, Distemper, Parvo & Bordetella. Otherwise, we unfortunately have to send your dog home with you right away. If you do not have a copy of these records, your veterinarian may fax them to use at (201) 536-7888. In this case, please verify when you speak to them that your dog is current on these vaccines before they fax them over. Boca’s also requires a completed Registration Form which may be downloaded from this page.

Daycare and Walk-In Playtime
For drop-off and pick-up Daycare services or Walk-In Playtime, advance reservations are not required once you are registered with us. For Daycare services, just bring in and pick up your pet during Daycare hours (8:00am to 7:00pm on weekdays) and we will take care of the rest. For Walk-In Playtime, just come on in and use the Playtime dog run. For our Hoboken location, you may drop-off between 7am and 8am, and pick-up between 5:30 and 7:00pm on weekdays.

For Daycare services where transportation is required, we request at least 24 hours advance notice to make sure that the proper scheduling arrangements can be made. If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours advance notice, call us at your earliest convience and we will do everything possible to accomodate your needs. Scheduled transportation reservations will have priority if conflicts arise.

Overnight Boarding
For Overnight Boarding services, we request at least 24 hours advance notice. If transportation is required, please let us know at the time you make your reservation. If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours advance notice, please contact us anyway and if we have availability, we will accomodate your needs. Scheduled boarding reservations will have priority if conflicts arise and space is limited.

***Special Note for Potential Peak Periods*** Summer Weekends and Holidays
It is always advisable that you make Boarding reservations as far in advance as you can to ensure that we have the space available to board your pet. This is especially true during typical peak boarding periods such as summer weekends, long-weekend holidays and the year-end holidays. For drop-off and pick-up Daycare, even though advance reservations are not required, we strongly recommend that you make reservations as far in advance as you can.

Our Safety Policy

Your dog's behavior is your responsibility.
We are prepared to handle a wide variety of behaviors and temperaments. What we ask is that dog owners be as candid as possible regarding their dogs behaviors around people, other pets, food, toys, etc. Owners will be required to complete a registration form on their pet's initial visit that will provide us with a useful profile. Given our open dog run format, understanding your pets behavior and play habits around other people and dogs is of critical importance in being able to provide a good experience for your pet.

We will do our best to accomodate specific behavioral issues while still providing your pet the benefits of our open dog run format. If our staff determines that a particular dog has become a safety risk for other pets and people, then we reserve the right to isolate the dog. We also reserve the right to require that a dog be immediately picked-up by its owner and to not accept any pets that we feel would present an ongoing safety risk to our staff and other pets.
